- Short description: OED Needs external assistance for ongoing financial advice, financial analysis/valuation, process design and performance and tactical assessments to safeguard the state's interests, ifm. The right of return on licenses within gas transport. The Ministry of Development wishes to enter into an agreement for such assistance with one supplier. Expected start -up is as soon as possible and will last until the work is completed. The financial scope of the assistance agreement is up to NOK 5,000,000 excl. VAT. for the entire contract period. The scope and duration of the need is uncertain and will be a function depending on the extent to which the explorations provide a basis for further dialogue with the companies and on what questions and issues such as possible. Does not occur in the process. There is no obligation to buy the client on the aid agreement and it is not exclusive. For a detailed description of the delivery, see Appendix 1 to the Agreement.
