Short description: Oslo municipality V / urban environment, hereinafter referred to as the client, invites to open tender competition in connection with the acquisition of 102-BYM-2021, framework agreement for corporate governance and process support. This competition is illuminated for the second time after it in the first round was canceled due to. Lack of competition, since we received only one offer.This will be a 2-year framework agreement with an option of 1 year + 1 year with one supplier and it must be expected in January 2022 after signing the framework agreement. The framework agreement includes assistance in the work on corporate governance in Oslo municipality at the city environment, among other things within the areas; Business management, internal control and process improvement. It may include investigation work, evaluations and other relevant assistance as the agency needs in its work on business management. The purpose of the procurement is secure capacity and necessary expertise.
