- Description:
- Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, shall procure 1 electric lorry with a crane. The environment is not weighted as the award criteria, as the minimum requirement for the lorry to be electric. The transition from fossile lorry to emission-free lorry is in itself an environmental promoting measure. The contracting authority deems it clear that it provides a better climate and environmental effect to set climate and environmental requirements in the requirement specification, rather than the award criteria in accordance with the regulations on public procurements § 7-9 second and third paragraphs, cf. the exception home meal in FOA § 7-9 (4) 1. point.
