• 14-BYM-2026 Planning and drainage of agricultural areas Bogstad farm grows approx. 5-600 acres each year, with both silt and clay, and rocky moraine soil. We strive to use more regenerative methods in our agriculture to promote better soil health, increase carbon storage and reduce the climate footprint. Bogstad farm needs assistance to systematically drain two areas. * Sør-Bråtastykket, assignment to be completed in 2026 with systematic drainage of approx. 31 acres. Distance between the trenches is 6 meters and min. 1 meter depth. * Sinober, option assignment for 2027. Sinober systematic drainage of 27 acres. Distance between the trenches is 6 meters and min. 1 meter depth. At the end of each of these two assignments, the supplier must send digital trench maps with a final invoice. In order to be able to solve the tasks in a good way, the supplier must have equipment that is suitable for somewhat stony moraine soil. The supplier must carry out the drainage work and be responsible for purchasing the necessary materials to complete the assignment. Each drainage mission will be to consider as a simple assignment due to the size of the area, zoning, geographical distance, investment costs and the obligation to apply to local authorities. The Norwegian Environmental Agency has received public funding and the necessary permits from Byantikvaren for these assignments. IN the decision letters stipulate that the ditch outlets that carry water into an open stream must be terminated with rigid pipes and protected against erosion with fiber cloth, blasting stones or gravel.
