15-UDE-2025 Framework agreement on bus transport to Oslo School
PURPOSE AND SCOPE Oslo School has a regular and varied need for bus transport in connection with teaching-related activities, excursions, events and camp school stays. Every year, the schools buy bus services for both small and store excursions, and there is therefore a need for a framework agreement that ensures predictability, quality and cost-effectiveness in such transport services. The Norwegian Education Agency wishes to enter into a framework agreement with up to three suppliers, provided that there is a sufficient number of qualified and competitive offer. The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover Oslo School's overall needs for passenger transport by bus. The agreement shall include both short and longer driving assignments from simple round-trip transport in the Oslo area (e.g. excursions to museums, sports events or cooperative schools) to transport across longer distances, such as to camp schools or events outside Oslo. The agreement also includes transport in connection with the implementation of the Summer School in Oslo, which is organized every year during the summer holidays. The summer school already has a contract for bus transport for the summer of 2026, and will therefore want to be part of this agreement from and including 2027. The client provides a sufficient number of adults per bus to supervise and ensure that the driver's instructions are followed by the passengers.
