Bardu Municipality shall enter into an agreement on care services for a service recipient. The agreement is a health and care service, and will be entered into under the Procurement Regulations Part I and IV. The client announces the contract through advance recognition, cf. the Procurement Regulations ยง 30-5, first paragraph, letter b, cf. 21-1. The contract will be signed without any announcement of the competition than this pre -recognition.
