- Tenders are invited to 20/03100 Framework agreement for statistics and calculation mathematics
Short description: The client has started a 4 year project, "Advanced Stock Assement Methods" (hereinafter referred to as Asam). Asam will build expertise using advanced population assessment models and perform new development of quantitative stock assessment methodology. In order to strengthen method research in stock estimation, and research-based counseling, the client needs to hire consultants with expertise in statistics and calculation mathematics that will work in integrated research teams, together with researcher researchers. Hired consultants will contribute to the transfer of competence to the client's employees. The upbringer wants to enter into a framework agreement, upwards limited to NOK 3 million per year, but with the possibility of up to 10% extension per year, for the purchase of statistical expertise services in methods of collecting, processing, modeling methods of data and simulation studies.
