- The Norwegian Tax Administration [Skatteetaten] is in need of a new framework agreement and maintenance agreement for identity document scanners with associated software licenses that can help the front line to perform comprehensive and secure ID checks, i.e. the equipment must be able to be used to perform technical and tactical ID checks. A more detailed description of the procurement is provided in the requirement specifications in Annex 1 to the framework agreement and Annex 1 to the maintenance agreement.
