Tenders are invited to 2021016577 - Purchase of Multi-Hop IP Networking with Legacy Uhf Radios: Mobile Ad-Hoc Relay Line of Sight Networking (Marlin Systems) - Pre-Qualification 02
Short description: The purpose of the procurement is to implement Marlin equipment according to NATO C4IS concepts to establish an autonomous, redundant and robust tactical network. The procurement includes purchases of 20 to 53 units of STANAG 4691 / ACOMP-4691 compatible Marlin systems to be implemented in the military network in Norway.
The units should be used at sea in different vessel classes in the Norwegian Navy. The systems should be interoperable with other NATO countries its implementation of Stanag 4691. This includes interoperability with both ratified version and draft of Stanag 4691. The procurement period is expected to be Q3 2022 to Q1,2023, of 5-20 units at a time. Deadline to document interoperability with Stanag 4691 can be set at a later date than the first delivery. Requirements for delivery time and deadline to document interoperability with Stanag 4691 will be stated in the competition documents.
