Short Description: 1. About the assignment - the purpose of the procurement and the scope of the procurement is to ensure that as many of the inhabitants as possible and traders should be given the opportunity to associate with good quality broadband networks in areas specified in Appendix 7 Address lists, Appendix 8 Map sections and enclosed KML files.2. Contract Party and Romsdal County Municipality carries out the procurement on behalf of the municipalities of Aure, Molde, Tingvoll and Volda.møre and Romsdal municipality are responsible for implementing the procurement process and is therefore in the future referred to as the client. It is the individual municipality that is a contract party and responsible for its sub -project. The individual municipality will therefore be responsible for its (part) project from the time the recommendation is communicated to the participants in the competition.
