Tender is invited to 2022-68 project0 economy system
Short Description: About the assignment - the purpose and scope of the procurement need to have a system that will make it easier to follow up the economy in the projects to the county road department. Today, most of the financial follow-up is done in Excel sheets. This is vulnerable considering that it quickly becomes personal and that there are sources of error associated with formulas and other errors that more easily occur in the manual system. A new project economy system will be a tool that will provide project managers, project managers/team managers and construction managers better opportunity to Get a total overview of all projects, accrued costs, forecasts and deviations between budget and accounting. The project economy system will also be integrated with the county council's financial system so that economic figures will flow seamlessly from system to system.
