- This is a market survey for the payment of various taxes and duties via digital services, for example, self-service systems, internet banking, accounting system, digital payment instruments, etc. The Norwegian Tax Administration is considering to hold a contest for a new contract for new payment instruments connected to internet payments. The Norwegian Tax Administration will thus carry out a market survey (RFI). The purpose of the survey is, among other things, to gain insight into what the market can offer of services/products that cover the Norwegian Tax Administration's need, as well as get feedback on requirements that can be set for the service/products. Input is wanted on whether it is wise to split up a potential procurement into lots.
