Description:
The tender contest applies to a framework agreement regarding recruitment services for managers. It will be most relevant to use the framework agreement when recruiting municipal chief executive officers and heads of municipal affairs, but it may also be relevant to use the agreement for the recruitment of business managers and department managers. See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the contract. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Maximum value including options and expected price increases: NOK 19,000,000 excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information.
