- Holmestrand Municipality would like to enter into a contract for the supply of ready heating based on biofuel for a new school. The tenderer must construct, own and operate the complete heating system up to and including customer centres within the specified contract period. The tenderer must sell ready heat read off the heat meter inside a school wall. Delivery details are in the technical documentation (technical requirements specification). The contract will be awarded to one tenderer after a negotiated contest based on the award criteria. Contract length: 20 years, equal to the estimated number of depreciation years for the heating centre.
