- Tenders Are Invited The competition concerns the delivery of water meter reading as a cloud-based service and the purchase of water meters arranged for remote reading to Ullensaker municipality. Installation of water meters is not covered by the service. Procurement of water meters will be carried out in accordance with the attached framework agreement. The client sees fostates that between 300 and 700 water meters will be acquired per year in connection with replacement and new installation. The value of the framework agreement is estimated at: NOK 1,500,000 ex. VAT per year. Maximum value for the entire agreement period, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 15,000,000 ex VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and during the contract period will depend on, among other things, the client's needs, activities, budget situation, the introduction of requirements for the use of water meters and other framework factors. The value of the acquisition for the program for water meter reading is estimated at: NOK 200,000,- ex. VAT per year for. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client.
