- Trondheim Bydrift will enter into an agreement for the cleaning and recycling of sweeping material. In the announced market dialogue and subsequent dialogue with the market, there was only one supplier in the region that has the facilities and space to recycle sweeping material. Trondheim Bydrift will therefore use the sole supplier exemption in the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-4, and conduct a direct procurement of a contract for washing and recycling of sweeping material. The contract value is over the EEA threshold value, and the procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) parts 1 and 3. The announcement of the direct procurement will be made cf. the PPR § 21-5.
