- Nordland county municipality hereby invites competition to printed teaching materials to our 16 high schools. The competition is divided into 8 regions: Lofoten Andøyofotenranasaltenvefsnvesterålenytre- Helgeland provider can provide offers to each region that is of interest or all regions. The Norwegian county municipality reserves the right to enter into an agreement with several suppliers. It is emphasized that the tender does not apply to purchases from the libraries' ordinary budget, but only applies to lending schemes for printed teaching materials. The lending scheme of teaching materials for higher education in Norway has been adopted. This scheme applies to all steps. This is organized by the schools buying in and managing the lending of the teaching materials. At the schools in the county, it is the libraries that handle these tasks. The framework agreement includes the purchase and supplementation of teaching materials for all program areas for upper secondary education during the contract period.
