- Prequalification framework agreement Indre Coast Guard. The purpose of the procurement is to have classification, repairs and modifications carried out on the Coast Guard's vessels in a cost-effective and quality-wise manner in order to maintain the technical availability of the vessels so that the Coast Guard can carry out its operationsrag. The framework agreement shall contribute to strengthening the Armed Forces' operational capability and preparedness through increased capacity for maintenance and upgrade services and associated engineering support by giving the Armed Forces access to such services in peace, crisis, conflict and war.provision of ship technical maintenance services, repairs, modifications and engineering support for the vessels specified below. The framework agreement under this procurement functions as a supplement to the Norwegian Armed Forces' internal capacity with its own crews and workshops as well as existing framework agreements.
