- The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for the lease of safety alarms. The contracting authority has previously leased central safety alarm units for citizens with a need for such technology and in addition procured compatible sensors (smoke alarms, fall sensors, door sensors etc.) which together make up a patient signalling system in private homes (with both active and passive notification).
