(2025-8483) New time registration solution with associated modules
The solution will be a support system for several businesses in the municipalities and provide system support for time registration, resource management, an overview of machine hours and material consumption etc. There is a need for a solution with good reporting options for overview and project accounting. In addition, there must be system support for document handling/making available, as well as being able to handle important HSE tasks. Participants in the procurement: - Lier road, water and sewage - Modum municipality - 0vre Eiker municipality Option: - Lier basis, per business - Lier Eiendom The value of the acquisition is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. A draft of the competition basis itself is attached to this qualification basis. The client reserves the right to make minor, non-significant changes to this basis before suppliers are invited to make offers. By its nature, this procurement is assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. the regulations §7-9, fifth paragraph.
