- Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, needs a framework agreement for the purchase of planting plants. In order to fulfil the obligations of planting and maintaining the city ́s parks, squares, flower beds and roads, a large quantity of planting plants is required. Planning and ordering for the coming season is usually done in the autumn of the year before, and deliveries must be ready for propagation early in spring to adorn the city. The contracting authority would like variation in the assortment from year to year.
