Description:
Holmestrand municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of electrical services. Electrical work, low and heavy current, as well as telecommunication and computer installations. A parallel framework agreement will be established with 3 tenderers. The aim of the procurement is to cover the need for such tradesman services for the execution of minor project and maintenance work in accordance with the requirement specification and this notice The framework agreement shall be signed for 2 years, with an option for Holmestrand municipality to extend for a further 1+1 year, a total of maximum four years. Expected start-up date December 2025 About the use of the environment criteria, - The procurement regulations § 7-9: It is the contracting authority ́s assessment that the use of implementation requirements combined with award criteria clearly gives the best environmental consideration. Alternatively, the requirements could be subject to evaluation/award criteria where only partial fulfilment will given a score and thereby be a weakening of climate and environmental achievement. There are requirements regarding the use of 0 emission vehicles. The environment is weighted 15 % as stated in the award criteria.
