2025/10909 - Framework agreement for electrical services - Open tender FOA Part III
Electrical work, weak and strong current as well as telecommunications and computer installations. A parallel framework agreement is established with 3 suppliers. The purpose of the procurement is to cover the need for such craftsman services for the execution of minor projects and maintenance work in accordance with the requirements specification and this announcement The framework agreement shall be entered into for a duration of 2 years, with an option for Holmestrand municipality to extend for a further 1+1 years, for a total of a maximum of four year. Expected start date December 2025 On the use of the environmental criterion, - Procurement regulations § 7-9: It is the client's assessment that the use of implementation requirements combined with award criteria clearly provides the best environmental considerations. Alternatively, the requirements could have been subject to evaluation/award criteria where only partial fulfillment will be given a score and could thereby weaken climate and environmental achievement. There is a requirement for the use of 0-emission vehicles. Environment is weighted 15% as shown below the award criterion.
