(2025/3009) Portfolio management and purchase of electric power
Participants in the procurement - Kongsberg municipal property KF (2024: 20,000,000 KWh) - Lier municipality (consumption all businesses, including the KFs 18,045 MWh (18,000,000 KWh) in 2024) - Ringerike municipality (2024: Approx. 27,000,000 KWh) - Rollag municipality (2024: 5,000,000 KWh) - 0vre Eiker municipality (2024: 18,000,000 KWh) - Hole municipality (Option) 6,000,000 KWh estimated annual volume The value of the acquisition for portfolio management is estimated to: NOK 2,000,000 ex. VAT per year. Maximum value for the entire agreement period, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 20,000,000 ex VAT. Annual purchase of power is estimated at 95,000,000 KWh based on 2024 figures. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and during the contract period will depend on, among other things, the client's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. The purchase of electric power in itself is exempt from the regulations, cf. procurement regulations §13-4 letter e. This procurement is therefore, by its nature, considered to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. § 7-9, fifth paragraph of the regulation. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy/advisory services where the client is prevented from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria that target these element...
