2025/4668 Framework agreement on local project manager - Embassy in Berlin
Statsbygg needs a local project manager who will assist Statsbygg with future construction, rehabilitation and maintenance work at the Norwegian Embassy (Chancellor and Residence) in Berlin. Visor tasks, mainly related to contact with local authorities, will require architectural expertise. The assigned local project manager does not need to have these qualifications, but the provider must be able to provide a qualified architect for such tasks as part of the offer. Hourly rates for qualified architect will be stated in Annex 1. The expected projects/maintenance measures will be of different kinds and include several disciplines, including the maintenance and upgrading of technical systems and building components, such as roof renovation, bathroom rehabilitation, replacement and renewal of floors, facade work, and interior painting.
