2026-010 k1802 - Ørsta KKS - Art consultant About the assignment - purpose and scope of the procurement The project is a collaborative project between Møre and Romsdal county council and Ørsta municipality. The building is a multi-purpose building in the center of Ørsta, with a new vocational school secondary school and cultural hall, library, cinema, cultural school and common area. The building will be established in Ørsta town centre, and the project is an important part of the municipality's plan for town center development. The goal is for the building to be a meeting place that provides activities in the city centre, and contribute to urban development and community development. The architect for the project is Pir2 at Sverre Winther. See more information in the competition basis and requirements specification, appendix 1.
