RFI/Market dialogue on market and services in connection with the new framework agreement for facade washing, window washing, cleaning of gutters, ice removal and removal of graffiti on Statsbygg's properties Invitation Statsbygg wants feedback/input/suggestions from the market before the final announcement of the framework agreement. The purpose of the announcement is twofold. Firstly, Statsbygg wants the upcoming competition to be in line with the market as a whole so that the competition will be more attractive, and easier to participate in, for as many suppliers as possible. Secondly, Statsbygg wants to find an appropriate way to meet the needs of the users of the future framework agreement in a predictable and sober way. With this market dialogue, Statsbygg seeks to get feedback on specifics parts of the procurement. The table below contains key questions Statsbygg has for the market. If the supplier has feedback/feedback/suggestions, it can be filled in the form below. If it is easier for the supplier, he can also prepare and send a separate document. The client wants feedback through the Mercell portal by 13 March 2026 at 12.00. Feedback after this time is accepted, but the person concerned cannot then count on it being taken into account. The form/feedback can be sent in the communication module in Mercell as an attachment. Other inquiries and/or questions can also be sent through the Mercell portal.
