The municipality of Trondheim invites you to submit offers on 2 sub -contracts in connection with state analyzes of Trondheim Municipality's building stock. The main assignment consists of the implementation of state analyzes on the following sub -contracts:* Sub -contract 1 - Other purpose building - approx. 75,000 (approximately 40 buildings),* Sub -contract 2 - schools, approx. 90,000 square meters (approximately 13 buildings) In addition, there may be a need for other units in the municipality of Trondheim to order state analyzes and depth mapping. The sub -contracts have a duration from 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026, with the possibility of prolongation 1 + 1 + 1 year. Both sub -contracts to join the competition.
