- The contracting authority invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for consumables such as pipes, pipe parts, fittings and hydraulics components for our laboratories and infrastructure. The procurement shall help reduce prices and transaction costs, as well as simplify ordering processes and facilitate e-commerce. NORCE also wishes to contribute to increased compliance with joint liability. Based on the span of material and equipment, the Contracting Authority divides the framework agreement into two contract areas with the accompanying sub-contract.
