Description : Vinmonopolet (the Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly) wants to carry out qualification of tenderers who may be interested in submitting offers and deliver Christmas presents to Vinmonopolet's employees. The aim is to enter into a contract for Christmas 2021 with an equivalent option for Christmas 2022, 2023 and 2024.
All interested suppliers must first apply for pre-qualification (step 1) in order to be able to participate in the main competition in order to submit offers to Vinmonopolet (stage 2). Among the participants who are qualified and assessed in relation to the selection criteria in stage 1, a minimum of five participants will be selected and invited to submit tenders in stage 2, provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable registered participants.
