Description:
The Agency for Urban Environment (BYM) in Oslo municipality would like input for a draft of the tender documents for the procurement of a framework agreement for raising, salvage and disposing of boats in the inner Oslo fjord within the municipality ́s borders. This is a request for information (RFI/Market Survey) - not a competition or prior information notice for a procurement, cf. the procurement regulations §21-3. BYM intends to announce the competition as an open tender contest in September 2024. The attached documents include the tender documents with requirements for tenderers and award criteria, with the accompanying annexes as contract terms for framework agreements and call-off contracts and the price form for the competition.
