Description : Helsedirektoratet [the Norwegian Directorate of Health] will enter into a contract with a supplier for distribution/issuing of free condoms to selected target groups in Norway. The scheme is financed via the Government budget, Chapter 762, post 21, as a part of following up national strategies for improved sexual health. The scheme with free condoms started in 2000. Since 2015, around 46 million condoms and four million packs of lubricant have been distributed. The Norwegian Directorate of Health wants to continue the scheme and invites suppliers to submit tenders for the period 2022-2027.
The contract duration is one (1) year with an option to extend for a further one year + one year + one year + one year, altogether five years. See the attached tender documentation for more information.
