Description : The Directorate of Labour and Welfare, c/o the Finance and Management Department, is carrying out this market survey in order to get knowledge of what systems for a joint register for financial authorisations exist in the market. Authorisations here means the employees' right to exercise financial transactions on behalf of NAV.
We would like information from possible tenderers on what functionality can be offered in order to take care of the process of awarding, delegating, updating, and having continual control over different authorisations that have been given as regards exercising financial transactions. NAV would like both information on different systems that can cover NAV's need as drafted in the attached document and knowledge on the possibilities and challenges connected to the different systems.
We would like responses by 17 March 2021 (12.00).
