Description:
Short Description: The City Environment Agency shall enter into two sub -contracts with two suppliers: Sub -contract 1: Operation and maintenance of park, square and urban spaces in the center of Oslo. Sub-contract 2: Operation and maintenance of park and recreation areas in the inner city. The purpose of the procurement is to help to achieve the City Environment Agency's social mission to ensure good quality of life for the city's citizens by developing and managing parks and facilities. The acquisition will meet the need for maintenance and operation of parks, squares, urban spaces and recreational areas in the center of Oslo and inner city. The areas mainly contain park facilities, planting in squares and places, harbor areas, urban furniture, free and nature areas, hiking trails, sports areas, and bathing areas, as well as green areas along municipal roads and parking spaces. The work to be carried out includes vegetation care, cleaning, waste management, fountain operations, maintenance and reliability at all facilities in areas covered by the contracts.
