Tender is invited to 22/00754 incubator cabinets for cell cultivation - FHI
Short Description: Department of Air Quality and Noise (KMLS) and the Department of Chemical Toxicology (KMKT) wants to purchase 2 CO2 incubator cabinets to be used for cell cultivation. We will use the cabinets for advanced cell cultures. We want cabinets with one seamless chamber that holds about 170 l. We want the feed to be easy to remove, so that it facilitates the closing of the cabinet. We also want there to be an opportunity for copper interiors. The cabinet should contain several temperature sensors that contribute to uniform temperature inside the cabinet, feedback sensors for CO2 and gas control that ensure stable CO2 atmosphere inside the incubator, even after the cabinet has been opened when the cabinets are used for advanced cell cultures it is important that they is protected from vibrations and turbulence. We want the cabinet to come with multiple interior doors (preferably 4 pieces). Both front door and inner doors should be easy to open the opening ports for instrument lines, preferably 2 cabinets must have auto-calibration and decontamination program (150 degrees Celsius or higher).
