- Short Description: The health and care sector in Molde Municipality is working on a comprehensive assessment of how - and what - municipal health and care institutions and living environment that can be used in the future and how they can be dimensioned (both with increased and reduced coating). To clarify this, the municipality of Molde wants a professional assessment of the building technical state of several of the institutions. The work will culminate in building technical state reports, according to NS 3424: 2012 with associated guidance NS 3424: 2012/G2: 2020, on the condition and functionality of several institutions and the living environment that are in municipal operations. The purpose of the task is to clarify the state of the building. With regard to snapshot and considering the expected remaining life. Several of the addresses must also be considered adaptation (see price form). When calculating adaptation, an LCC calculation based on NS 3454: 2013. Institutions/buildings is in priority order in the price form.
