- The contracting authority intends to procure an electronic patient journal system (EPJ) for the medical services in the municipality. The competition is for the delivery of an electronic patient journal system for doctors' offices and medical services as a cloud based service for Østre Toten kommune. The system shall be a good and clear record for each patient and it must cover all functional needs within the service, as well as be user friendly, efficient and future orientated. The system must have the possibility of booking hourly contracts individually, and must be a functional solution for communication with the specialist health service and the primary health service through the Norwegian health network.
