- The Norwegian Institute of Public Health, hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Authority", needs to procure a framework agreement to cover the need for services within service, periodic maintenance, preventive maintenance and calibration of pipettes used in the Contracting Authority's laboratory activities. The Norwegian Medicines Agency [Statens legemiddelverk] (the Norwegian Medicines Agency and Norwegian Customs [Tolletaten] share laboratory premises and use the same equipment) is also joining this agreement.
