(24/655) New competition hiring of temporary workers, framework agreement
The competition applies to the rent of temporary workers. The value of the procurement is estimated to: NOK 250,000,- excl. VAT per year. Maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price increases: NOK 1,290,000,- excl. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and will depend on the contractor's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors during the contractor. For more information, we refer to the procurement documents. The client considers that the procurement of temporary services, where the core of the delivery is labor, will only have a marginal climate impression and environmental impact. Other elements, such as the type of car, are considered to be outside the nature of the procurement and are therefore not considered further. On the basis of his justification, the client will use the exception provision in section 7-9, fifth paragraph, of the procurement regulations, as the procurement according to its nature is considered to have a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is insignificant.
