Description:
24HAV25 - Onshore power plant at Kneppeskjær Oslo Havn KF (HAV) has received a commitment for support from Enova for a shore power plant for CCS ships at Kneppeskjær east. The facility must meet the requirements in the grant letter from Enova. This includes, among other things, the requirements in NEK IEC PAS 80005-3. The acquisition includes the purchase of onshore power plants. In addition, the acquisition includes the following options: 1. Cost reduction - Shore power system only for CCS ships 2. Cable tower for CCS 3. Converter 4. Advanced cable handling system quayside 5. Spare cables 6. Extended service agreement Contract terms for the delivery shall be in accordance with the standard contract terms for Oslo municipality's purchase of goods. The land power plant will supply ships at Kneppeskjær quay on Sjursøya. Kneppeskjær quay is divided into east and west. Principal wants the shore power plant to be completed at the same time as the completion of the quay on the Kneppeskjær outcrop, 15 June 2027. The agreement has an estimated scope of between NOK 15 MNOK and NOK 20 MNOK.
