Description:
Background NORCE plans to procure legal assistance for employees abroad and would like to implement a market dialogue in order to gain input and hear the tenderers ́ recommendations. We would like to clarify whether there is a need to divide up the procurement, whether the requirement specifications are clear, which price format is recommended and whether there are other relevant elements that ought to be included. We request that tenderers provide input on questions on the next page. The timeline for the procurement Responses to the market dialogue will be sent in writing by Friday 27.06.2025. Alternatively, a digital meeting will be agreed during August. Recordings of the digital meeting will be made if needed and this will then be deleted before the competition is published. The complete tender is expected to be published during September, with the aim of choosing supplier(s) by 2025.
