Description:
The competition is for a service concession for user-controlled personal assistance (BPA) for users at the contracting authority. The contracting authority is practising free user choice for user-controlled personal assistance (BPA), cf. The Act on changes to the Health and Care Services Act (approval model for free user choice). This means that users who have decided on BPA can choose between private providers who have been granted a licence. When a user receives services organised as APA, the user, or a co-work manager, should be the manager of the assistants. It is important that the work manager is well aware of the responsibility and tasks that come with the role. The labour leader or co-worker has the daily responsibility in the BPA scheme. User controlled personal assistance can also be offered for persons who cannot take care of the control themselves, where other persons take care of user management on behalf of or in cooperation with the user. The role of work manager/co-worker is not paid. The contracting authority therefore invites tenderers to apply for a licence in connection with the provision of assistance hours in the scheme for user-controlled personal assistance to users in the municipality. The procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain.
