(25-2241) BPA scheme-Service Licensing Contract
The competition applies to a service license for the delivery of user -controlled personal assistance (BPA) to users of the client. The client practices free user choice for user-controlled personal assistance (BPA), cf. Act on amendments to the Health and Care Services Act (approval model for free user choice). This means that users who have a decision on BPA can choose between private suppliers who have been awarded a license. When a user receives services organized as BPA, the user himself, or an employee manager, should be the head of the assistants. It is important that the supervisor is well acquainted with the responsibility and tasks that come with the role. The supervisor or the employee has the daily responsibility in the BPA scheme. User -controlled personal assistance can also be offered to persons who cannot take care of the management themselves, where other persons safeguard the user management on behalf of or in collaboration with the user. The role of supervisor/co -worker is not paid.
