- 25-BYM-2026 Procurement of a general contractor for the rehabilitation of Valle Hovin 1 artificial turf field PURPOSE AND SCOPE The purpose of the acquisition is to upgrade the existing sports surface at Valle Hovin 1. The project involves the removal and material recycling of existing artificial grass system, replacement of leveling layer and some base layer, leveling of the top layer, repair / replacement of existing ball-catching netting, construction of a snow dump, reasphalting, new fences and laying of a new artificial grass system, new trenches for draft pipe and drain, replacement of cables for floodlights with some options that are redeemed if e.g. tractor pipe has collapsed The pitch will be used for matches and training, mostly for children and young people. Upon completion, the pitch must satisfy Nordisk's playing characteristics standard. Upon completion, the pitch must be field tested by a FIFA accredited test institute. The test is ordered by the client via another agreement. The track, including safety zones around the track, must be able to be used in week 31 during the Norway Cup. The project is carried out as a turnkey contract based on NS 8407:2011 with the adaptations that follow from Oslo municipality's contract form for NS 8407.
