It is managed and further developed by Norsk Helsennet's line organization in close cooperation With an external development partner.norsk Helsenet (NHN) currently has an agreement with Thula as a development partner on the management and development of SFM.NHN in the future planning to establish a development team for SFM based on both external developer resources from eg consulting companies and development resources From other EPJ suppliers in the market (hereafter called development partners). The development team could also consist of internal resources from NHN.Norsk Helsenett SF (NHN) intends to enter into a framework agreement with several suppliers that meet the necessary requirements for competence and capacity within Management, development and operation of central prescribing model (SFM). It is desirable to have expertise in the EPJ systems and SFM.It is stated that it Already entered into the framework agreement for ICT consultancy services will be used in parallel with the framework agreement for management, development and operation of SFM. This means that the suppliers on the framework agreement for ICT consultant services do not have to be a contracting party in a new framework agreement for management, development and operation of SFM.
