25/02644 Procurement of Ultra-High-Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry-FHI
The Public Health Institute (FHI) will buy a new Ultra-High-Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) Instrument. The customer has an option to buy another 1-2 instruments with the same specifications and to the same conditions. The option must be triggered within 4 years from the signing of the agreement. The instrument shall be used to identify and quantify the amounts of trace amounts of different organic environmental pollution in different matrices. To measure the relevant substances, analysis instruments of the type fluid chromatography (LC) are used to be connected to a mass spectrometer (MS/MS). The environmental pollution is available at very low concentrations in the samples and we therefore need state-of-the-art instrumentation (UHPLC-MS/MS) that has sensitivity in the low nanogram area and is robust enough to analyze a large number of samples for a large width of organic environmental pollutants. In order to perform the large number of analyzes FHI wants, it is important that the instrument has a high guaranteed uptime, has an efficient and flexible software, and that good service conditions are offered.
