- 25/03809 Establishment of the patient's plans - Norwegian health network Norsk helsenett SF (NHN) is a state enterprise owned by the Ministry of Health and Care. Norsk helsennett is responsible for delivering services related to interaction/infrastructure, and citizen services through Helsenorge.NHN has decided, on advice from the priorities council, to establish a service for plans. This includes developing, putting into production and operating the service Establishing the patient's plans. NHN is responsible for coordinating The purpose of the procurement is to enable GPs to participate in digital interaction about the patient's plans. The interaction must take place between the GP, the municipal health service and the specialist health service. A prerequisite for the interaction is that the GP's record system must have a similar level of ambition to the professional systems used by the municipalities and specialists in the Digital home follow-up (DHO) processes. This agreement is based on an intention between the parties about what is to be achieved with the acquisition. It means that there is not a complete overview of all questions and challenges to be answered, and it will be the learning from the work along the way that will provide the necessary answers. Plans, scope and milestones can be adjusted based on this learning. The risk if If the measure does not reach its goal, it lies with the client.
