The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 112,000,000 ex. VAT The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, among other things in connection with: Implementation with regard to financing and relevant expertise in the offers. Uncontrollable circumstances not known to the client as of date of announcement, for example political processing. The the set milestones (phases) can be changed by unjustified delays in proceedings and political treatment in the municipality. The duty to require an apprentice is considered to apply to this procurement, cf. Procurement Act § 7. See the attached seriousness provisions for more information.
