The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 1,000,000 ex. VAT The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. The municipality reserves the right to: Implementation with regard to financing and relevant expertise in the offers. Uncontrollable circumstances not known to the client as of date of announcement. The set milestones (phases) can be changed by unjustified delays in proceedings and politics treatment in the municipality. ENVIRONMENT: By its nature, this procurement is assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. § 7-9, fifth paragraph of the regulation. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy/advisory services where the client is prevented from influencing climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria aimed at these elements will not be sufficiently linked to the delivery, cf. DF0's environmental guide. APPRENTICES: The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. § 7 of the Procurement Act, and concluded that it is not requirements are placed on apprentices in this procurement when: - the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with trade or apprentice certificates, cf. the apprentice regulations § 6 (3) - it is considered disproportionate, because there is a need for specialized competence as a apprentice...
