(25343) Environmental consulting services - preparation of an action plan for the clean-up of contaminated seabeds in the Moss Sound
The value of the acquisition is estimated at: below the EEA threshold value e.g. VAT The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. Before we refer to the procurement documents for further information. The project is largely financed by the Norwegian Environment Agency. The client reserves the right to allocate funds from the Norwegian Environment Agency for the implementation of this contract. ENVIRONMENT: By its nature, this acquisition is considered to have an immaterial impact impact on climate and environment, cf. FOA § 7-9, fifth paragraph. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consulting assistance/advisory services where the client is prevented from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria that target these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DF0's environmental guide. APPRENTICE: The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. Procurement Act § 7, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement, the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with a professional or journeyman's certificate, cf. the Apprenticeship Regulations § 6 (3).
